Abstract: This paper takes the design of fabricated steel structure as the research object, combined with the actual project, explores the deep technical application of the prefabricated building in the construction process, and explores the application of the prefabricated building in the structural design.

1 the main characteristics of assembly steel structure building
(1) design modeling and analysis can be carried out with the help of engineering design software to reasonably shorten the design cycle. Because the internal force analysis and geometric dimension design of components can be carried out with the help of engineering modeling software and structural analysis software, this information-based design technology is conducive to the rapid implementation of modification (change). In the process of component manufacturing, through the combination of three-dimensional model and numerical control machine tool, the product can be directly put into the production line after the design is completed, with high efficiency and accuracy, which can greatly shorten the project construction period.
(2) Combine design and construction closely to improve productivity. Because the steel members and prefabricated wallboard can be manufactured in the factory shop furniture garment display and installed in the construction site, the design and installation can be closely combined to reasonably coordinate the lapping between various processes and improve the overall work efficiency.
(3) Standardized production of components can provide industrialization degree of construction. Adopt the system of factory production of componentsThe way of production is more advanced than the traditional technology, which can guarantee the quality and performance of the products. After production, prefabricated members of steel structure can be directly transported to the construction site for supporting installation by welding or bolts, which is less sensitive to the weather and easier to achieve all-weather operation.
2 architectural design
architectural design should meet the requirements of architectural function, pay perfume gift box manufacturer attention to economic effect and consider aesthetic requirements. In the design, the integration of the main building structure and the mechanical and electrical installation engineering shall be considered as much as possible to ensure the coordination and unity of the factory production and field installation.
2.1 plane design
vertical load-bearing components such as walls and columns should be continuous from top to bottom. The openings of doors and windows should be arranged in columns and aligned up and down, and their plane positions and geometric dimensions should meet the design requirements of structural stress and prefabricated components. The plane layout of kitchen and toilet should be reasonable, and its plane size should meet the requirements of standardized overall cabinet and overall bathroom.
2.2 facade and exterior wall design
the exterior wall design of buildings shall meet the requirements of facade diversification and overall architectural aesthetics and economy. The joints of the inner and outer wall panels shall meet the requirements of waterproof, fireproof, heat preservation and sound insulation. The joint of the inner and outer wall panels and the openings of doors and windows shall be designed with the combination of material and structure waterproof.
2.3 door and window installation node design
for the prefabricated inner and outer wall panels made in the factory, their geometric dimensions can reach a high precision. This feature can be fully utilized in the design of doors and windowsFor the installation method of door and window sub frame, the door and window should be directly connected with the prefabricated wall panel during the production, so as to solve the problem of joint seepage prevention of external wall and external window opening from the architectural structure design.
2.4 design of small metal components
small metal components mainly include air-conditioning board, indoor and outdoor railings, metal connectors in decoration components, etc. The aspects to be considered in the detailed design include: whether the positioning of embedded parts is accurate, whether there is conflict with other professional components, whether the anchorage length meets the requirements, etc.
2.5 the main points to be considered in detail structure design
are: joint, waterproof, anti leakage, etc. The splicing design of the upper and lower adjacent wall panels, the joint design of the upper and lower sides of the wall panels, the cavity structure of the wall panels and the design of the aqueduct measures, etc.
3 structural design
3.1 beam column joint design
take a steel structure building as an example (Figure 1). The design of beam column joint is as follows.
(1) Connection of beam flange and column. When welding is adopted, full penetration groove weld shall be adopted, and lining plate shall be added at the joint of weld. Arc striking plates shall be set on both sides of the flange groove, and the upper and lower ends of the beam web shall be sector cut. The connection between the steel beam flange and the end of the sector cut angle shall adopt arc transition, and the connection between the steel column flange and the back of the lining plate shall be fixed by spot welding properly. All provisions shall meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
(2) Connection of beam abdomen with steel. When welding is usedWhen the plate thickness is less than 16mm, the double-sided fillet weld shall be used. The effective thickness of the weld shall not be less than 5mm and meet the equal strength requirements. When the plate thickness is not less than 16mm, the K-shaped groove butt weld shall be used.
(3) In the joint area, when the thickness of the joint plate is not less than 30mm, preheating treatment and post heat treatment are required during welding.

3.2 beam beam joint design.
The beam section form of fabricated steel structure is generally designed as I-shaped or H-shaped, and the connection design form adopted when the beam beam connection node is designed as rigid connection mainly includes:
A. friction type connection high-strength bolts are used for flange and web connection.
B. the flange is connected by full penetration groove butt weld, and the web is connected by friction type connection high-strength bolt.
C. flange and web are connected with full penetration groove butt weld.
3.3 the common types of column column joint design
are: A. when the column section is H-shaped, the connection between webs adopts high-strength bolts, and the connection between flanges adopts full penetration groove butt weld. b. When the column section is H-shaped, the web and flange are all connected by high-strength bolts. c. When the column section adopts box section or circular pipe section, the full welded groove butt weld is used to connect the sections. Column columnThe node design is shown in Figure 2.
